Engineer
You are jointly responsible for designing and detailing products using our Inventor CAD software, based on technical specifications and dimension sketches. Within the project team responsible for the technical execution of projects, you will work on a wide range of products and tasks.
- The technical aspects you will be involved with include sheet metal, steel structures, aluminum constructions, aluminum extrusion, plastics, and LED lighting.
- Translating structural calculations into designs and drawings.
- Modifying drawings of existing products.
Additionally, you act as the link between the project team and the production department, where the products are manufactured, assembled, and installed. You are constantly looking for improvements to make production and installation more efficient.
Your profile:
- A completed HBO degree in Mechanical Engineering/IPO or HBO-level working and thinking level.
- Experience as a mechanical design engineer/drafter is a plus.
- You have an eye for detail and are able to critically assess constructions and technical designs.
- You have knowledge of and experience in metal production.
- Affinity with electronics.
- You are proficient in using software such as Inventor.
- Experience with SolidWorks is an advantage.
- You are able to work independently.
- You have a proactive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
